I think she is extremely naive at the moment, and the fact that she trusts Mick will probably come bite her in the behind with another vamp later.
I would love to see her go to Josef though and pump him for information, that would probably an interesting discussion, especially with him not being all that moral. __________________

Yeah, Mick doesn't have a soul (I don't see why they'd make vampires have souls, there's no reason to change that), he just has a big consciousness
And Beth probably thinks most vampires are like him, which is naive, which is one of the reasons why Mick is so protective of her ETA: Added you, Yvonne  __________________

I really don't see Beth as being naive...
It seems to me as a reporter, she finds vampires fascinating/interesting/exciting. I always think that reporters love excitement. They love stories. Hence, Beth goes into dangerous situations...I think she likes adventures. __________________

I agree that Beth is a little naive when it comes to Mick, but I think at the same time that Mick is naive about her.
He seems to think that just because she' human she won't understand his life, but you don't have to be a vampyre to understand it, just like you don't have to be fat or skinny to know what it must be like. I hope that makes sense, but I think when it comes to 'what he is' he feels like she will never understand even though he does trust her. |
