Josh was Mick without the vampire powers. He was a good, decent, handsome man who loved that Beth was a crusader and wanted to help people in her round-about way.

There would have been better drama had Josh not died and Beth would have had to choose between him and Mick. Although, LLF is my fave episode, I would have rather Josh lived. I hate when good people die early deaths.

I think there is nothing wrong with Josh, but I didn't like the relationship he had with Beth. He was good to her and you could see that he really loved her.

Beth should have told Josh about her feelings for Mick instead of giving us a very awkward make out scene

Josh deserved better.

I'm guessing the make out scene in question was the one last night in Love Lasts Forever? If not, there are two weird make out scenes.

Okay, my reaction to the (one) weird make-out scene.

1. Beth looked like she was pushing him away, or at least fighting the urge to do so.

2. I think I might see what Jordan meant about the way the scene was edited. It looked like they used the same shot twice, where he pushes her back against the wall and she looks like she's pushing him away. At the very least they used an extremely similar shot, similar enough that while I was watching, I thought, "Wait a minute--didn't we just see that?"
