This was a good Ben/Beth episode

It's great he asked to work with him. I think they'll make a good team

Also it was sweet that he's first instinct when they heard the shooting was to protect her

He should be a regular! Even more so than Josh was. He can make it difficult for Mick and Beth and because he is on to Mick. He knows something is up with him.
Maybe he asked Beth to join his team to get info out of her about Mick

When we get a second season, I can't imagine Ben not being in every single episode. Especially to make things harder on Mick/Beth.

She is leaning, but I think he is tall too. I can't find his height, maybe he is 6', 6'2

He looks very tall there...
