I don't want an actual reunion movie either because I know they would just put Jackie and Kelso back together, and like what everyone has said, just because Mila and Ashton are together in real life doesn't mean Jackie and Kelso belong together.

Another thing to consider about a T7S reunion: DM's bushy beard. Hyde would not grow a beard like that (I thought his beard was OOC in T7S, tbh), but if he did have a beard, it wouldn't be overgrown. And if he's with Jackie, he probably wouldn't have a beard at all.

Overthinking things? Maybe. But I want the characters to be true to themselves. They exist outside of the actors portraying them (and vice versa).

Now if a T7S reunion was done the right way, it would take place ten years after T7S ended, so in 1990 (or maybe in 1989, to dismiss S8 further ). J/H would be married. E/D would be married. Red and Kitty would be happy together. That's where one starts.

LOL love it. I saw that interview you posted about Mila choosing to eat that gross food over saying why she worked on Jupiter Ascending, so I guess she's far more closeted about her opinions.

Really?? I never saw anything about that! And I was actually referring to those fun interview reunion shows (basically, like Comic Con) where fans ask questions and it's televised. AK and MK would probably sit beside each other for the interview, but I don't think they'd necessarily glorify Kelso/Jackie. I tried that show The Ranch, with AK and DM in it (and apparently WV was in a few eps, too), but I couldn't get into it. :/ I guess that's as close to a reunion as we're getting at this rate. I don't need/necessarily want an actual show because it'd more or less be in the present (for me, half the charm of the original was the time period/setting), and most of them would probably have families and be unable to get into wacky adventures.

DM's beard on S5 was super hot. I would like to think that Jackie grew to love his beard and insist that he keeps and grooms it lol.

Your description of T7S reunion is one that I would love. JH being married and possibly with a bun in the oven.

Sounds like the perfect reunion though, add in a few of the side characters to round it out and it would be ready to go.

I have no idea what AK would say. But MK doesn't seem to remember the early seasons of the show too well. In a relatively recent interview, she spoke about how Ashton took her to Prom on the show (in other words, Kelso took Jackie to prom) -- which is wrong. Hyde takes Jackie to Prom in S1 and gets her and Kelso back together at it.

Of course, MK could've been referring to Kelso taking Jackie to Snow Prom in season 4, but I doubt it. I also don't expect her to remember. It's us fans who get obsessed with the show's details, not the actors. They did a job. Once they're done, they're done and (hopefully) move on.

The first half of S1 is okay. But the second half is much better. DM's character goes from being a sarcastic version of perv!Fez (Rooster is so skeevy it makes him almost unlikable) with very little subtext to a fully-realized character with depth, and his pervertedness is curbed to being tolerable and somewhat funny rather than completely creepy. Once DM's character gets a real storyline, the show becomes something more than a typical, "Will Character A end up romantically with Character B?" kind of show. It becomes interesting.

Yeah, a lot of fans dig the beard. I prefer seeing Hyde's face. Plus, while beards may be nice to look at (if one is into them), they're not always fun to kiss. Hence, why DM shaved his beard off. It gave MK a rash on her face from all their kissing scenes.

I think it's normal that actors don't remember everything from the shows they were on. They had a lot of storylines. I have seen it happen so much, and it can sometimes be funny if they are being quizzed on it.

I don't mind Hyde with the beard, but I like him without it too. A little scruff on him is nice.

With T7S, because S8 tried hard to eradicate the show's previous seven years, it's tougher to find funny when people associated with the show get the facts/details wrong. But it's understandable that people do get them wrong.

The last ep of S6, and DM quit shaving the week it filmed. He got a head start on his off-season beard. He just couldn't wait.

His mustache is pretty evident in those screenshots, but his beard is growing beyond his sideburns, too. All his facial hair is trying to connect.

But, yeah, I prefer sideburned, non-beared, non-mustached Hyde. That, to me, is the most in-character for him.
