Fez's Diary Entry: #7

Fez gets board.

Today I made a great discovery! It was snowing a lot, as usual in Point Place, and there was not much to do but hang out with my friends in Eric’s basement once again. But then it snowed so hard that the power went out. I was afraid at first, but then we lit candles, and it became quite romantic. But, alas, my beloved Nina was not there, so I had no one to be romantic with, and when I tried to be romantic with myself in the corner. ... Well, apparently, that is not polite.

Anyway, on to my discovery. Well, after we lit some more candles (and Kelso lit some of his body toots -- it was very exciting), Eric pulled out a few board games for us to play to pass the time. And, lo and behold, there was a game called Candy Land! Oh, what could be better than a place, no -- a whole country -- filled with candy!

Eric said there was no real land, that it was just a game someone made up, but this is foolishness. Why would they name the game that if it did not really exist? Chutes and ladders are real! I’ve seen a twister! And who hasn’t said, "Sorry"?

Eric continued to deny the land existed, and the others did too -- but I know they are hiding the truth. Somewhere, this Candy Land exists, and I will find it if it is the last thing I do!

Once I finish drinking the hot chocolate and marshmallows that Mrs. Forman made me, of course. And after the brownies she made. Oh, and those cookies too...

Fez's Diary Entry: #8

Cheap Trick

Sometimes America confuses me. Like, today, Miss Kitty -- who reminded me that she is a nurse -- told me that because my relationship with Nina is getting more serious, she wanted to make sure I knew about the birds and the bees. I did not understand the connection but told her I knew all about birds and bees. I know about a great number of animals, especially monkeys, but I did not want to brag. Still, I could not understand why she had brought it up.

Maybe she was afraid a bird or bee would attack Nina and wanted to make sure I knew how to deal with it.

So I assured Miss Kitty that I would protect Nina. She said that protection was very important, and she was glad I knew that. Then she said I must respect Nina and never ever go too fast. I found this strange, but I told Kitty that of course I would be respectful and not go too fast. Nina works at the DMV and takes it very seriously, I would never break the speed limit with her around.

Miss Kitty then reminded me that a gentleman always calls the next day to see how his lady is doing so she doesn’t feel used or cheap. Well, Nina would never feel cheap no matter what day it was. She makes more money than I do and loves spending it on her precious Fez. In fact, I think all women should do that for their men, and yet I had never seen Miss Kitty buy Red anything. So I grew angry and told her that she was cheap! She did not like this and kicked me out. I guess some people just can’t handle the truth.
