Hi I'm SpacemanDoug (real name Nate), I'm a 19 year old Texan. I like to lurk on the soundtrack thread of this forum. I also like to frequently visit, Facebook, Discord, and Twitter. When I was younger this was one of my favorite shows, I still really like the show now but I've come to realize some of the issues it has regarding the later seasons. I'm currently working on HD restorations where I restore the music that originally aired on FOX (and honestly the show works a lot better with these songs). I obviously won't share them here but I do have a YT channel where I've posted snipets from these restorations. Though unfortunately there's a number of episodes I haven't located from the original airings (and very early FOX re-runs).

I guess because there wasn't a lot of interest in their friendship back when this board had a ton of posters.

Also, imo, there isn't a lot of friendship material between Eric and Kelso on the show. They have one episode in season 6 where Eric's friendship toward Kelso is highlighted. Other than that, it's a handful of scenes scattered throughout the series where Eric and Kelso show each other any kind of loyalty, support, or care.

Mostly, they burn each other. Eric's upset that Kelso has an affair with Laurie, and Kelso is consistently inappropriate with Donna (Eric's girlfriend). So it's more antagonism than friendship.

Unless we get several posters -- who've posted consistently here for a month -- asking for an Eric/Kelso thread, I don't think we'll make one. It'll become a wasteland thread. That being said, feel free to talk about their relationship in either Kelso's thread or Eric's thread.
