 Classic Comics Sunday --- Those ’70s Comics: 641 Inspired by episode 507 - “Hot Dog”  --- Comments: In season 5, we learn that Hyde and Jackie have deep conversations about a whole range of subject, including materialism. We often see the end-point of those discussions and the aftermath but not the discussions themselves. I decided to change that. Jackie’s attitude about her birthday in “Whole Lotta Love” (5x16), for instance, is a huge character shift stemming from these conversations and episodes like “Hot Dog” and “The Crunge” (5x10). I wanted to show more of – and give more insight into – how and when Jackie’s character shift happens.  Classic Comics Saturday --- Those ’70s Comics: 642 Inspired by episode 507 - “Hot Dog”  --- Comments: One of those deep conversations that gives Jackie a headache early in her relationship with Hyde. We didn’t get to see nearly enough of them on the show – much of Jackie and Hyde’s dynamic when they were alone. We are told and shown enough, however, to extrapolate how they might’ve spoken to each other in private and what they might’ve said. Jackie’s view of giving and receiving love is twisted by her parents. Hyde’s was, too, by his own parents, but the Formans (including Eric) helped give him a healthier idea of how love should be. Jackie’s idea evolves, too, throughout the course of her relationship with Hyde – not just through their conversations but by his actions and more subtle cues she picks up subconsciously. --- Complete Tree Brush Pack Star Vector Brush Set PS7 __________________
