Those '70s Comics: 1510
Inspired by episode 602 - "Join Together" --- Kayla, thank you!  Colleen, Dasha, it's been fun to write Jackie and Hyde from their proper characterizations for the S6 episodes.  Definitely more satisfying, at least for me, than what we ended up getting (with some exceptions).__________________

 Classic Comics Saturday --- Those '70s Comics: 126 Inspired by episode 225 - “Cat Fight Club” --- Comments: The fact that Hyde gives Jackie one of his self-protection tools is highly significant—both for their characters as individuals and as a pairing. He’s ultimately sacrificing a measure of his own safety (against Jackie) so that she can protect herself. He gives her insight into how his mind works, knowledge that she alone now possesses. Hyde imparts a lesser amount of this insight to Fez later in the series (when they’re cruising for chicks), but Fez is too wrapped up in being called “a loof” to appreciate it. I wondered what would happen if Eric went to Hyde to get the same wisdom, and today’s comic is the result. --- Kayla,  Fez's tongue isn't appealing to you?  __________________

Classic Comics Saturday --- Those ’70s Comics: 128 Inspired by episode 225 - “Cat Fight Club” --- Comments: Toward the end of “Cat Fight Club,” Jackie is sitting in Hyde’s chair, and she and Hyde are both reading comic books. This is a clear but subtle sign of Hyde’s growing affection for Jackie. His solidarity is to her, and we’ll see evidence of this again in “Baby Fever” (307) when he takes Jackie side over Kelso’s, in both her wrecking of Kelso’s van and in the “divorce”. --- Colleen, thanks!  __________________
