:love: 50 Reasons Why We Love the Formans :love:

1. They really do love one another.
2. They took Hyde into the family and treated him like their own son/brother.
3. They'll go square-dancing with Kitty to make her happy.
4. They helped Jackie move everything out of her family's ski cabin.
5. They sit at the table and have breakfast together.
6. They sometimes burn one another for their own good.
7. They sit and have dinner together, and the dinners usually look good.
8. They go to Church together
9. They would do anything for each other.
10. They were there for Bob and Donna when Midge left.
11. They're very forgiving of one another, even if it takes a moment to get there.
12. Because they give each other advice.
13. Because Red and Kitty are a great example of a couple staying in love a long time.
14. Because they really are parents to all the kids!
15. They help out everyone even if it takes some convincing.
16. Because, for the most part, they tolerate Eric's friends coming to and going from their house as they please.
17. Because Kitty wants to make sure all of her "kids" are taken care of.
18. They helped convinced the INS agent that Fez/Laurie's marriage was real so that Fez would not get deported.
19. Because they helped Hyde learn how to dance -- before he ever moved in with them.
20. Because they helped Jackie make a pie for her class ... and by helped, they made it for her.
21. They supported Kitty during her menopause.
22. They brought all of Eric's guy friends with them on their college trip.
23. Red and Kitty are going to be great grandparents to all the gang's kids.
24. Because they still allowed Hyde to live with them when he turned 18.
25. Kitty threw a couples' party for Fez because he finally had another girlfriend.
26. Because they let Jackie sleep in Laurie's room for the night when she had no place to stay.
27. They tried to keep Red from finding out about Eric and Donna's engagement.
28. Because their home was the gang’s home away from home.
29. Because Kitty took care of the kids whenever they ended up at the hospital.
30. Because they have some relatives that remind us of our own (some good some...)
31. Because Kitty traded a kiss for a lollipop with Hyde.
32. Because their relationships with each other help us come up with fun fanfiction stories!
33. Because they tried to help Bob when things got out of hand with Donna and Casey.
34. They were the most seemingly stable family in Point Place.
35. Because Kitty was so supportive of Red when he was out of work.
36. They went with Hyde to Milwaukee when he decided to meet his real dad.
37. Kitty could get through to Red even when he was furious.
38. Kitty bought Red a present for getting a job in the future.
39. They helped tutor Fez in US History so he could pass the citizenship test.
40. Kitty spent quality time with Donna after Donna's mother abandoned her.
41. They took good care of Red after his heart attack
42. Kitty attempted to be healthy with Red after his heart attack.
43. Kitty helped Jackie make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies to cheer Hyde up.
44. Red was protective of Hyde when Hyde met his biological father for the first time.
45. Eric decided to stay home instead of going to college after Red's heart attack.
46. Red and Kitty bought a motorcycle for themselves after he got his first paycheck.
47. Red sold his Corvette to support the family when he thought Kitty was pregnant.
48. Kitty signs Eric and Red up for the Father/Son competition to help them bond.
49. Because they went square dancing for Kitty.
50. Kitty stopped nursing to keep her house a happy one.

Colleen, it is sad that the Formans seemed to stop caring where their daughter went. I don't think that's in-character at all. Red would've sent the cops out to find her after her first disappearance.

I think Red would have been out looking for Laurie too!

He might've devoted his life to searching for her, turning That '70s Show into a police drama.

Haha, that could be interesting!

I'd just hope if/when Red found Laurie, they'd both have a wake-up call about her choices.

I'm glad she came back on her own in season 5. :lol:

I always like to think that Laurie found a good career that she was good at and settled down and was happy.

Imagine if she'd gotten her life together while away, and she told no one. :eek: Why would she isolate herself from her family?

I wished we could have seen her around more.

I wanted to see the real Laurie/Fez storyline in season 6. :pout: Laurie continuing to grow and change, and maybe she would've influenced Fez to quit being a perv, take responsibility for it, and make amends (okay, that would've required different writers, but still :P).

I always though Laurie/Fez actually had potential. It would have been nice to be able to see it play out.

Laurie opening up her own hair salon. That would've been cool.

Fez could have worked in that salon too!

If we go with season-7 Fez, sure. :nod: I don't think he'd truly be happy doing that for his career, though.

But Kitty could get her hair done by Laurie, and she wouldn't end up looking like Harpo Marx. :lol:

Yeah, that hair she did was....interesting.
