Eric's relationship with his niece or nephew... One would hope Laurie wouldn't poison the kid against him, encouraging the kid to insult Eric, etc. But if Laurie's new leaf (from S5) rotted away, I'd expect badness to abound.

I would hope Laurie wouldn't poison the kid against Eric, so I hope her new leaf would continue on! I liked that she was trying to be a better person in season 5.

I'd definitely like to think Laurie would've calmed down by then.

If Lauri's kid was anti-Eric, I could imagine the kid, Laurie, and Red all ganging up on him. It wouldn't be good.

Kitty would try, but you know Red and Laurie... they'd get their punches in anyway.

What could be funny is if Laurie's kid ends up idolizing Eric as his (or her) hero.

Laurie's son could be a mini-Eric! That would be excellent karma. Of course, Red would end up treating Laurie's kid the same as he treated Eric... which wouldn't be good.

Eric's life would be a waking nightmare. Donna would have some serious work to do...

But I don't think Donna would ever raise a Laurie-like kid.

Donna would be a really attentive mom, I think. Eric, though, would probably get distracted by this and that.

I can see Eric getting distracted, but he would try his hardest. I think Eric would get better with time.

I think he'd get better, too. Especially with Donna's influence. I don't see Eric going to Red for advice, though. Kitty, yes...

Eric was Kitty's little boy, she would want to help him as much as possible, while knowing where to back off too.

Kitty's grandkids would have her wrapped around their little fingers. And Donna would have to put her foot down with Kitty, too.I could see a storyline where Eric and Donna were on opposite sides of an argument regarding Kitty's treatment of the kids. Eventually, Donna would come around -- and Eric would tell Kitty to be less indulgent, I'm sure.

Kitty would agree, only to sneak in "one last candy" behind his back.
