Exactly It was very intense and not at all easy emotionally. Also i've really enjoyed the translation. Those guys have put so much work into it! They even discussed details with the author herself and asked her questions.

A lot of nuance can be lost in translations, so that's great that the translators worked with the author on it. Which language did you read it in?

Russian, of course I do read some books in English. There's nothing better than the original work! But in order to feel comfortable enough with the language i need those books to be... Well, a bit easier than "A little life" At least for now.

King of the Hill is a fun one. I've watched a little of Bob's Burgers but not enough to truly get into yet.

Have you moved on to different show, or are you still "fighting" your way through those?
