So while you guys are talking about Twilight I think I should chip in. I'm sorry, everyone, but I tried to read it... I lasted one chapter and I had to give up. And then later I skipped to the middle, after Bella and Edward meet, to see if it got any better, but it didn't. It's just, this is a YA book isn't it? A long one, and packaged to look like an adult book (the cover and all anyway) but it feels like a book for teenagers. It's just really bad writing. And Bella is really annoying. I can't go on reading it, let alone the other books in the series - sorry, guys!

And I watched the trailer for the movie. It looks like one of those big blockbuster productions that doesn't interest me at all, but I'm probably biased because of the book. And about Robert Pattinson, I thought he was cute as Cedric in the HP movies I've seen (haven't seen them all) but here I don't find him attractive at all here

He just seems a bit too creepy and stalkerish for me. There's only so much of Bella and Edward staring into each other's eyes that I can take - not because I'm anti-E/B (I haven't even read enough of the book to be anti or pro anything except being, you know, anti-Twilight) but because it's just creepy man.

So... my two cents. Please don't kill me?

I do have to agree that the writing is poorly done and Bella is really annoying, but, for some reason I'm enjoying the over all story.

As for Robert looking creepy and stalkerish... That's what makes him so hot!

I don't know why, but it just does. He's very smoldering

As for the whole looking into each other eyes thing, I'm guessing they don't have the movie cut yet since they were still shooting in March. It's just a teaser

The Twilight books are poorly written compared to what else is out there.

Bella is annoying, Edward is annoying and the one character who has more than one inch of depth is the one most of the psycho E/B fangirls hate.

So I get you Gwen. But you haven't read the two better books. There's hardly any Edward or E/B in the second one and you get Jacob (

) and because of him you get the good backing characters and the plot grows to more than just Bella and Edward obsessing over each other.

There's something addictive about the series, whether they're the most fantastic things ever written in the history of the world or not (mostly not). They won't change your life but they're fun.

I've met so many awesome people over on the Twilight board. Hurry up and get over there Chris.

I seriously don't get why people find RPattz attractive.

How is he hot? Where is the hotness? I just don't see it.

About Robert Pattinson, well, like I said, I thought he was cute as Cedric but he just looks weird here. He looks like a vampire though, so I guess that's... useful?

I was just playing Facebook Trivia and there's a question that says, "True or False: Jackie and Hyde dated in real life?" I click no, as much as I would like to click yes.

And it says that I was wrong, that the answer was true. Even though it's not true, it still made me happy.
