Yeah, it's really funny. And sweet in a way. Perhaps her relationship with Chuck is simply easier because they don't share the complicated history Lily/Serena/Eric do? CL also share a lot of similarities with their fear of getting emotionally close to someone. She can relate to his screw-ups.
