That'll be one hell of a team to beat. I think they'll have a kickass working relationship. I can see them squabbling and brainstorming corporate takedowns already.

I didn't like their interactions last night. Serena messed up his business deal purposefully in 3x02 and managed to show some remorse at the end, but Chuck didn't care about Serena's job at all at the end of this epiosde. He got what he needed from her, ie her celebrity client list, and the discarded her when she severed her purpose. There was no remorse about what could happen with her job. I also don't think Serena picked Chuck over Blair, she picked her job which was promoting his club.

We got cute lines last night and for now, I'm taking consolation knowing that Chuck probably was not at all aware of the problems Serena was having with her boss and the hopes she had tied up to the opening.

I'm so confused. I don't know how I feel anymore.

Every episode there is someone to feel for, and someone to be mad at. Definitely felt for Serena last night, but it's not like she hasn't been the bad guy in the very recent past.

I'm hoping that's what it is, because otherwise I'm gonna be so annoyed. If Chuck purposely didn't care about Serena's job, it's gonna suck.

Anything they may have had in the past - him calling her a trainwreck/talking to Rufus/her ruining his plans deliberately - it's all been because they've been hurt, not just because they didn't care.

If Serena is only mad at Blair without even discussing it with Chuck, I'm gonna be pissed. They shouldn't make me try and choose sides between S and C because I love them both - and if Chuck defends Blair in the SB fight, that's gonna drive me mad.

I believe he was not aware or he was just too focused on trying to save something he worked so damn hard for..Either way he didn't mean to hurt her.

IKR! Sometimes we're in here thinking my gosh Serena how could you, then again if Chuck did help in screwing over Serena last night, that's not right either. But IDK, I think either he didn't THINK about it fully like Blair did, that it would mess up what Serena was doing or he didn't realize what Serena was doing in the first place. If he did know well then I guess they're even? We did get some CS good stuff last night though.

I'm thinking Chuck didn't know he was screwing over Serena in the process, though. He didn't seem to know, like B obviously did.

So I watched the epi again and basically Chuck only hurt Serena by not giving her a heads up on the raid so she could get the celebs out which in the end worked to her benefit those celebs got free publicity and she kept her job, so no real harm done right?
