I know, it really is. At the start of this season I thought we'd get at least some every episode, but it's just as bad as the lack of scenes last season, if not worse.

njbrc, character development, to me, is an essential ingredient to keep the audience coming back for more. But it has to be the right character, not just a randoms picking by the writers. This season, apart from Chuck's change of personality and Nate turning into a man-whore, we don't get to see much of that. At least, not about the UEsiders.

So far, what I've notice is the blooming of Jenny's career and Vanessa's sudden involvement with the UEsiders. And both characters are directly connected to the elites. Or should I say the elites appearance depended on these characters involvement with the elites. It's like the show has change it's direction.

Instead of focusing on the development on these trouble, poor little rich kids, it is centered on the self-righteous poor kids with a father who gives a damn. It just doesn't bode well with the concept of the show.

And Nia, you're right. If it weren't for my love for N/S, I would be long gone after the snore fest which is this season. The only good thing this show has it for me so far is D/S broken up, C/B getting sassier and N/S kiss during the season premiere. Other than that, it was a total blah, which is really sad because I really have high hope for this show when it first started.

It's ridiculous. I don't really understand why the writers are trying SO hard to make us like and care for them and their interactions, it puts me off the show even more.

They really should have called the show different. It was really false advertising, not only when it comes to SN, but in general. Seriously silly.

I know. It sucks, I just hate being promised one thing and getting another. They should make a bunch of Humphrey promos if that's what they're going to give us. Well, I guess they've been doing that with Jenny.
