| Yay new thread!! Nice title!  I was really sad when they broke up. Barbie got tired of ken and wanted to look for fresh meat. Who can blame her they were together for a lonnnnngggggg time. Have you guys heard about the gossipgirl revealed? With our reruns starting monday jan 28 the cast is gonna show clips from behind the scenes and stuff. Isnt that cool? It's mainly Serenate  Nate: I can't believe you didn't tell me. Serena: Tell you what? Nate, we haven't seen each other in weeks. And now you up at my door - all of a sudden - and... I don't understand. Nate: You and Chuck? Seriously? Serena: What?? Who told you? Nate: No one had to tell me, Serena. It's all over Gossip Girl. Serena: But how...? Nate: Well, you might not wanna make out with him in the lobby next time. People took pictures of you - kissing him. Serena: Oh... Nate: I don't believe you, Serena. I mean, Blair has already been there - and it ended badly!! Serena: I know, Nate. I was the one taking care of her after you broke up with her. She was a disaster. Even Chuck turned away from her. Nate: So what makes you think that you won't end up heartbroken as well? It's Chuck, he's not capable of falling in love - Serena: 'cause I got my heart broken only once and it was horrible. I don't think... I don't think I will ever get over it. But with Chuck, it's different. He's still hung up on someone else he can't be with and I know how that feels - loving a person you're not supposed to love. - Chuck makes me laugh and we have fun. I don't have to pretend and I don't have to make any promises. When I was with Dan, I lied to myself. I lied to myself that Iwas over... it. And I told him I loved him but... In the end all I wanted to do was convince myself that I moved on and that I didn't need - Nate: That you didn't need me? Serena? Serena: Yes! Nate: Break up with him! Serena: What? Nooo. Why? Nate: Because you said you weren't over me and I feel the same way, Serena. I never stopped loving you. I never did. And now that I know that you - Serena: Nate, please stop!! It's too late for us, don't you see? I don't think there was ever a right time for us. We will never be able to be together without hurting the ones we love. Nate: So what? You'd rather be unhappy for the rest of your life because of what others might feel about us? Serena: It's Blair. Don't you remember the girl you promised eternal love? Nate: That was in kindergarten. We were kids, Serena. So much changed till then - we changed. Serena: But she still believes it! Nate: Please, Serena. Blair will realize sooner or later that I'm not her knight in shining armour. She deserves someone who truly loves her, someone who's not madly in love with her best friend. Chuck: Someone like me!!
