I'm not bad at all, how about you? I will be going off in a few minutes though. Got to get some exercise into the day
 Especially since I hardly do any on weekdays now because work is exhausting. I don't even have a physical job, it's an office job  I lack energy.__________________

Not able to fall asleep?
I never get enough sleep on the weekdays but I sleep in a bit later on weekends to make up for it  __________________

I'm able to but I wake up like 10 or more times a night and it takes me almost two hours to actually get to sleep

I think that's the most tiring way to sleep - waking up throughout the night
