How about that scene in the hospital, after he says "... There's no way it can be awful." and the way she says "Humphrey..." after.

I always loved the way Blair said his name in the various collection she had for him. Whether it was with derision or playful animosity, or with hearts in her eyes.

But I think they were avoiding having her call him Dan to his face in that ep (although she would call him Dan when talking to Serena) to have that 'you just said my name' moment in 5x17
