Congratulations to Adam and Leighton! Obviously, their real-llife is different from our fiction, but, from a fangirl perspective, it's really nice seeing them together.

Dair went to Rome and everything after never happened.

Nothing made sense with Dan being GG anyway.

It's easy to not think the show even having real Canon.

How can you if nothing makes sense?

This is the first time I've disregarded what happened on a show.

I just can't take it seriously.

I usually don't care what actors think of a ship. They can have whatever opinion they want to as long as they don't let it interfere with their performance.

I feel like Dair is different.

The fact that Peighton both felt really strongly about the couple gives me some validation.

It's not about Savage hating Dair that makes me mad. It's that she did everything to destroy them and it was like she was punishing the shippers for daring to not ship CB and DS. Especially the first one.

She should have wrote it that Blair loved Dan too but chose Chuck. Then she would still have her other endgames. We could still have them not hate each other and act like their time together never happened. Maybe even eventually able to become friends again. They did have a special friendship. The fact that Savage treated Dair/Us like she did makes me not even respect her as a person.

The think about Savage wanting to destroy dair so badly completely underminded the entire storyline because nothing made sense anymore. She's a joke.

I agree that Peighton seemed really invested in dair, I think that the storyline invigorated the both of them & together they did the best work that they had ever done on that show

Ugh, such a perfect OP. It's still so insane to see this couple with so many threads, and with an OP that is as epic as it is. I still remember when this couple was only at 20 somewhat threads and all we had to talk about was a 3 second glare Blair threw at Dan during thanksgiving dinner.

We came so far and Dair became everything I just knew they could be and I was so proud. I'm still proud of them and I'm proud of all you other DB'ers. And yeah as far as I am concerned 5x24 and season 6 never happened.

I'm sure we all move on to other couples eventually, but this is just one of those couples you never get over. They'll always be my ultimate OTP.

^ I agree as well. Dair will be a couple that no one will ever be able to recreate. They stand on their own...for now and forever!
