I think Blair wants to end things with Louis, but she is too stubborn, so she used the first excuse she could find to run to Dan. She definitely has feelings for him. If she didn't, she would have just knocked on the door and acted all nonchalant. She acted all hesitant before she walked inside and had those intense looks like Dan was giving her. I like that Dan didn't contact Blair all summer and she mentioned it. He said it was hard to be friends with her towards the end of last season. If the season had come back with them acting all buddy buddy, I would have been disappointed
