I'm just curious about this shipping, so please don't take my questions the wrong way. I hadn't really seen anything between Nate/Serena that popped out at me yet (although I don't really ship people till the show really gets going) but I was wondering why you guys ship them? I've heard some shippers say that Nate bores them but they think Nate/Serena is hot? I guess its more than just the physicality but are there specific reasons?

umm.. hello? flashback scene anyone? nate/serena is a hot pairing. yes, i agree nate by himself is kind of boring because he's blair's little toy, he just follows orders, if not from blair, from his father. what i actually really like about n/s pairing is the way nate's heart has a mind of its own when it comes to serena. blair tells him to not talk to serena, or defend her, but he still does. when it comes to serena, he becomes un-boring, he becomes a man.

and yeah, we can list reasons all day. but the flashback scene? pretty much the gist

Exactly, he's hisself when he's around Serena. He doesnt take orders from her, mostly because she doesnt even force him to do or say anything (or forbids him things.

). He feels more comfortable with her, and they're connected in a very deep way!

Their body language speaks louder than any words, it's just obvious!
