I have a collection of purses, but hardly ever use them, because yeah, I usually just have my phone in one back pocket, my debit card/ID in another, and house key in my front pocket. Of course I don't drive, so that much like James Spader's character in Sex, Lies and Videotape...I only have one key in my life

Anyhew, good to see most of the reviews were positive for LM and the show. Yay! I knew she would get/deserve them I will check them out later, and the video interview here. And pfffft to the NYT one. Who cares about their Broadway criticism since Frank Rich left, anyway?

Okay...about that after party look. Love the colour, great on LM, like the top half of it, pretty earrings, and like the make-up. However...sorry to say, not a fan of the lower half of the dress. Atelier Versace can get a bit tricky with her dresses, and as a consequence, non-models in them are not always flattered (I would say same with Marchessa, but frankly not even the models look good in a lot of their looks ) But sorry, not a fan of the hair. It looks healthier, though. So that's good If I were to quibble, I would say I think that outfit should have had a bracelet or two or a necklace. I know. when I've been spending too much time at the TLo site...I think about accessories at all.

Anyhew, now that I'm done with work, look forward to actually seeing the video. Thanks so much for posting it

I thrilled so many former GG peeps came out to support Lei and that she's also been able to squeeze in time with her dad.

That was my thought about the NYTimes review too, JStew. Plus, it wasn't even really focused on the show. More about the history of the play and who really cares.

The slit was a little tricky but overall I loved the dress. It's been so long since we've seen her that dressed up that it was a nice change of pace. And she looked gorgeous.

That's too many. I have five keys on my key chain, but I can still slip it into my pocket along with my student ID card. All I need on a daily basis.

I really liked that Cosmo interview thing...well except the secondhand-embarrassment I got from the author's going on about Seth/Blair fanfic. Great response by Leighton though...which pssst they're fictional characters, so who knows/cares how they would 'get along' in fanfic. Which as a corollary to that I'd add, Leighton isn't Blair...Adam isn't Seth--or a Dan stand-in or anyone other than Adam Brody. So real-life Leighton, with real-life Adam are real-life(to paraphrase Blair here, a concept some seem fuzzy on) and just themselves, and that's great. And I wish them a very happy life together. Speaking off being together...

Hmmm not sure about their movie based on that clip, but that Gillian seems cute as heck, and I like all three of the actors in it. That opens in Tribeca today?

Oh and back to Cosmo interview...love love love what LM said about feminism. Every bit of it was great (and I might have done a Hell yeah! at various points I might have some issues with her cited authors, but don't have issues with their general ideas, nor dispute the importance of their work.

Totally agree on the hair. Super cute. So much better than that afterparty hair (I was trying to be nice...I hated it).

Love the skirt; totally over nude shoes; like the colour and idea of the top. But I have to say...foundation garments? just a thought. Not sure about the nude make-up (liked it some pictures, not in these), and definitely not here for the mascara (amending this as well, did like it in other pictures...just not these)...but that she looks so happy, so that it makes it work for me (this remains the same, from the other photos I saw).
