Anyways, I'm okay with it as long as you don't debate about Jenny being a slut and Chuck being a rapist in that thread. Of course it'd be nice if they had scenes together in the future even if I don't see this happening now.

Okay first, there was no tone in my post. I am sorry if you read it that way, but I was just answering a question. You asked why we wanted a thread, so I gave you my reasons, that is all.

Even as a mod, I would think you would be patient enough to wait a day or so for Thaly to be back on track and for us to talk about this.

Second, what does me being a mod have to do with anything?

Third, where did you get the idea that I was being impatient? I dont think I ever once said, "hurry up and decide!" or anything even alluding to that.

Fourth, as an appreciation thread, I dont see how this would be a problem. I mean, it's not like I would go into the Nate/Blair thread and rant about Nate cheating on Blair. Or someone that didnt like Nate/Jenny would go in there and rant about their age difference. It's just common sense.

Again, I'm not saying any of this in a condecending way, so please don't take it as such.

Basically what I meant was that since you are a mod, I would think you would take into consideration that Thaly and I have our ways of doing things on this board as well as you would have your ways on Instant Star. Your tone, IMO and with other mod managers, was in a defensive state.

There is a thread for every other ship on the show. Hell, there is a thread for Chuck/Vanessa and I am sure they have just as many if not LESS scenes then C/J have had. We deserve a thread just as much as any other.

I felt this to be a bit on the defensive side as well as a few of your sentences ended with exclamation points, where in computer, since i'm not actually listening to you, means your a bit upset or angry.

I just felt you could have been nicer in explaining why you thought Jenny/Chuck deserved a board, that's all. I felt that because I said I was waiting for Thaly, you took it as it wasn't happening and therefore a bit defensive. If Thaly, myself and others read it the wrong way, than i'm sorry.

Regardless if it's an appreciation thread, the Chuck is a rapist conversation comes up. Let's just hope it doesn't.

was kind of rude. As a GG mod, you should know that CJ have had scenes together. Then, you said this like you assumed that CJ had absolutely no fans. It kind of sounded like you were making fun of us for wanting a thread. You also added a smiley afterwards to to add to it. So If my post came off in a defensive tone, then that is why. But defensive does not equal rude. I wasnt trying to offend anyone in my post, just give you some reasons as to why we wanted a thread.

Second, I never used even one exclamation point in my post. lol. So I don't know what you are talking about.

And yes, I am a mod. I know things take time to decide on, and I know that each board has their own rules. I never once questioned that.

I just couldn't think of one scene other than the Pilot scene at that moment to have a thread, so I said to refresh my memory. The smilie at the end was to make it seem like I was really interested and nice. If I wanted to be rude, I could have been and therefore, no smilie would have even been in that sentence.

Not talking about anything else. Thaly and I have already said you could have the thread. Just start it and we'll see what happens.

I think a CJ thread is fine I would love more interaction with them in the future,they were interesting in the pilot, 106 and the deleted scene from 113
