I think Jezebel is correct because "ringing in my ears" is part of the lyrics, if I'm not mistaken. No luck on the other songs though, except for the first one.

I'm pretty sure The Marlowes song IS NOT the promo song, unless The CW is screwing with us. It matches with the scene where Dan tells his dad he didn't get the usher position and started with the lyrics "Tray tables up / time for the test" and had a chorus of "This can't be happening". From what I remember, it was also slower and more pop-ish than the promo song.

Regarding the last song... someone on the IMDB forum said that the last song was by Tim and was possibly called "Something Like That" and that it should be on their site by the end of the week. I have no idea how accurate this info is or where the person found out, but I thought I'd share.
