ETA: The full name of the Beethoven song should be something like 'Sonata for Violin and Piano No. 5 in F Major, Op. 24 - "Spring":' I'm just not sure which of the four parts yet. I think it might be 'I. Allegro', but I'm not positive.

After comparison I'm pretty sure it is I. Allegro for the Beethoven piece, I also think that it's the same piece for both Lily/Rufus scenes. You can hear one version here.

ETA: Do you guys have an opinion if that actually is "Cheap & Cheerful" by The Kills playing just before Lily runs into Rufus (~8:07). I got that from captions & it sounds sort of like it, but The CW didn't list it in the songs and it seems rather a waste to license a song for such a brief snippet.
