Wow, I can't believe Bart Bass had time to return from beyond the grave and haunt a teen show that rivals his son's. He really does hate Chuck, doesn't he?

Maybe he can spread his time around. When he's not tormenting the girls, his ghost can reappear and annoy Jack or Chuck.
