I honestly think that's why Blair could come to respect and love Cyrus so much - she saw he wasn't just the goofy little man, he was a badass as well. __________________

Cyrus and Blair! Not Enough Cyrus and Blair!
Like seriously it's one of the only consistently healthy relationships on the show. It should be on the first page   By the way, I was thinking Cyrus and Blair was a nice parallel to Chuck and Lily in some ways. Both Chuck and Blair had troubled relationships with their parents and had a really lovely healthy one with a non-biological one. Also, I think it's really sweet that the series finale flash forward included a nice moment between Cyrus & Chuck and between Blair & Lily (A little off topic but kinda related somewhat ) |

I agree, Angela, that there is a great parallel between Chuck and Lily and Blair and Cyrus. I think that Blair's healthy relationship with Cyrus, her non-biological parent, contributed to her decisions in 5x10. She realized she could offer her baby a happy and healthy family life with someone other than it's biological parent because of Cyrus' influence in her life, his unwavering support for her (and her mother), and the happiness he brought to her life.

I loved their relationship. He loved Blair as if she was his own and Blair loved him just as much.
