I saw that a clip from the S2 Halloween scene was posted awhile ago, the one when Dylan convinces Kelly that the assault on her was not her fault. I think it's a great scene even for those of us who are not Kelly/Dylan fans. Dylan said all the right stuff, about Kelly and in general. Very nice message.
I love the time when the gang was becoming a gang, so you could see those characters who were not close, like these two at that point, doing nice, maybe small, but significant stuff for each other. What I did not like, and what I still do not understand, is how come he and Steve did not call the cops after they kicked this guy out. Even the stuff he told them was a proof he would attack somebody else that night. He's out of the party, they do not care. Huh?! Brenda and Donna were busy handling distressed Kelly, but the boys were not. Weird. __________________

Very good point...hadn't seen the rest of the scene so I didn't realize that cops weren't called. Unfortunately that's still a common occurrence..especially in college parties and dorms.

 Halloween is a good episode in gen. to me too.  I never thought about the fact that they didn't call the cops for some reason. __________________

I really loved seeing Kelly turn to Dylan after she was raped.
