I can see him doing that He arranged a date with Stuart so he definitely would arrange a marriage if he find a older guy who is like Rick seeing that he was so into him. He was manipulative when it comes to Brenda and her relationships. |

Princeton guys in S3 were also his setup, right? He was just not aware how young they were.
Or that was his deliberate strategy, to try to infantilize his daughter __________________

I can’t even remember if he did it, S3 infuriates me.
I think it’s the season where every character changed and became annoying as hell and I started disliking most of them. |

Same for me.
S4 was alright in that sense. I think the only characters I really disliked in S4 were Brandon and David. The others had super annoying moments, but in general I did not mind them so much. They mainly bored me though Except Brenda and Dylan, but I almost always love those characters. __________________

An old interview of Luke talking after Shannen left and the serie. Looks like he wasn’t happy with the show in the direction it was heading. Although, I should say that his comments are pretty funny considering that he wanted to compete with Melrose Place and with the more scene with the blonde, he obviously contributed to the changes in the show and made it soapier or Harlequin's storylines. |

Although, remember in season 4 when Brenda gets involved with Stuart and Jim expects Dylan to intervene? On a positive note, I did like that Dylan thought about Brenda on his wedding day in season 6. The writers were FINALLY acknowledging her as his great love during those years instead of Kelly. __________________

Just thought about Mr Walsh Goes To Washington again
And wishing it was the series finale, again. My couples Steve/Celeste, Brandon/Kelly, Dylan/Brenda - together as destined. Much better than what the original ending became 6 years after that -- this is a retcon I would welcome with open arms __________________

Pairing aside. Which season had the best season finale for you guys? I feel like 90210 never had a really great season finale. Although, I liked the dramatic ending of S2. S3 finale was kind of boring but like the finale shot of the gang. S4 is just bittersweet and s5 was kinda meh but has the iconic line I choose me. The rest was just boring and s10 I don’t know. I don’t think it was a really great ending or memorable from my part. Obviously, it can be emotional because it is the ending, but maybe because I got tired of the show and didn’t really follow from its first airing, I don’t get emotional? Also, two of the main characters weren’t there and it is just disappointment, leaving who ends up with who aside. |
