The funniest thing is that in S1-3 when majority of his flirts happened, he slept only once with one girl: Cheryl, and it was at the beginning of the show already

Well, it was also that he did not have much opportunity with any of those girls. He lived in his parents' house. Cheryl, an old family friend, was accepted to stay there, but what would be an excuse for bringing the others to spend the night? I am not sure Cindy would be happy about it (Jim might have been, but somehow I doubt that.) Hell, his great idea for sex with Andrea was to do it in Peach Pit. Very comfortable for a virgin, Brandon.

Also, in S1 all these girls dumped him before he got to get his jollies from them, so to speak

For being the nice guy/scout boy, Brandon sometimes or never was that thoughtful or romantic.

He can be understanding etc. but I never saw him to be a romantic guy.

He got pretty serious about that girl in East Side Story. (Even though it was ridiculously rushed)

I think he was more of a hopeless romantic - the type of guy who THOUGHT he was in a romance every time he dated someone, but was actually really naive and totally rushed into things and ultimately just wanted to enjoy meeting different girls.

Maybe he was in that sense, but he never really planned anything romantic with these girls. I mean, look at his ideas for the first sexual experience. In Peach Pitt with Andrea (on the counter, I guess? How comfortable is it for a virgin?), or next to his parents' bedroom with Cheryl. Come on.
