Her hair reminded me of a modern day Doris Day look in season six

Their chemistry was amazing in that season 4 scene, particularly the hug and a huge moment for their characters.

He chose Kelly as the first person to open up to about his drug addiction. That summed up how far they'd come together over the years.

I actually like it a lot! And I adore her looks. That outfit is one of my top 5 favorite of hers on the show. Walsh Family Christmas was a nice episode for the outfits.

Agreed, I think the hungover 80's styles in the early 90's were great There was a lot of it going on in Saved by the Bell, too. Plus David's jacket looks warm and isn't flashy.

Oh, I don't remember him jumping in with his problems I remember his being very supportive of her in that episode. I liked him there.

I liked Kelly in that episode too.

Is this from the same epi? I think it's when she complained about his music, but not sure whether it was Castles in the Sand or not.

I think it was much easier for David to be sweet to Kelly at that point because he was in a similar situation with Nikki so he would've been hypocritical not to be

Hmmm it's hard to say. Many of the beach episode scenes looked so similar and Kelly tended to be in her room a lot when she was pining for Dylan.

Yeah. And I think he really cared also. I thought that was the first episode he called himself her brother, and acted as such, but it was not (I will not count Wedding Bell Blues when they said they were siblings now, and they seemed happy about it). It was this episode, in Melrose Place, a bit before Castles in the Sand, Jake situation:

^ David was very underrated for his accurate perceptions of what's really going on with people. He was often belittled by the rest of the group but I think he was often the most perceptive of people's problems, perhaps because he came into the group last and had been looking from an outsider's perspective for a while before being accepted by them.
