One thing I liked about that ep is how it let the argument be had and not declaring with certainty who was right, but let the conversation be had and everyone examining their ideals. It wasn't perfect by far, but pretty ahead of its time for the early '90s.

It's only now, 20 years later, that we don't hear women being called bitch on TV (mostly; how I met your mother is notoriously sexist for the times). I love that Andrea spoke on it; she said the word herself, took it back like: "we live with this rotten patriarchy and it's not okay. you think we don't know? here, I'll say the word guys use when I'm in charge"

She had great moments like that. Her character is seriously underrated.

Yeah. That was the most feminist thing any character ever said on that show.

I mean, I do find her annoying sometimes, but in general she was quite ok.

100% she was probably the most interesting character, along with Dylan and Brenda. What it could've been like if they realised that Andrea + Brenda were the leads. So much greatness. Maybe the world wasn't ready.
