I think she wanted to be found and she wanted to get back to her roots as Dylan suggested. It was what she needed at that time, almost to try and figure herself out. The fact was she knew that Dylan would look for her there, it had been his idea to go back to the playground in the first place. She trusted that it was okay for him to see her like this.

I'm having a craving for season three myself.
 That's a good point, and of course he came. That's the one great thing about their relationship...things didn't need to be spelled out between them. They understood each other just with a look, or by actions, or the common sense they had between each other. They understood each other completely. __________________
