We'll figure out of what ... start with 'best lines', I guess. "Kelly, everything is real to me" is the Summer one that always stands out for me.

What exactly was that hint, though? Cause when I was 10, I was innocent enough to believe that it meant Kelly was refuting the notion that they weren't friends and thereby acknowledging that they were and had grown closer over the summer. But apparently, 'not friends' = lovers.

Which I can totally understand, too, it's just that my brain is pre-programmed to see the former. So it's kind of ... both, from where I sit.

Well I always saw it as lovers

but I saw S3 when I was older so this may be the reason

Just the way Dylan said it I just took it that way, I don't know what the writers were trying to get across though, I think they meant for it to be inturpretated like that.

I think the hint was that over the summer Dylan and Kelly had grown closer then friends.

Well I started watching S6 so there were little Dy/K moments (from what I remember), so yeah S9 was more proper Dy/K scenes

Yikes! So your first scene was of Dy looking through K's portfolio and asking her to come with him to the storage room despite her precautions for getting involved with Toni Marchette. Dy has some serious longing looks in that scene, but I still didn't like it so much. You know, it's so rare that Dy goes to the beach apt (pre-Gina) too.

And your first Dy/K near-kiss:

In a way, I wouldn't change it for the world, cause look how close their foreheads become, and the way Kelly twists around, still obviously keeping him near. Usually when scenes kill me, it's cause I'm looking at Dylan, and you can see here that he wants her more than anything. Then he tells her he'll always need her. I even like K's line, "You don't need me anymore." It's an intimate moment.
