Not sure that's a good thing. Admittedly, I never watched it, but they're the ones who gave Kelly a baby and tried to revive the already dead B/D/K triangle, so

I don't like any reboots from any show but the only one I enjoyed so far was the Cobra Kai series (spin-off from the Karate Kid movies that moved forward 34 years) - and I really don't think BH90210 will match that at all IMO but I guess you never know

I wanted to watch the Cobra Kai series but never got around to it.

I am hoping for at least a few conversations about BK between Jason and Jennie. I’m sure there will be one.

This 90210 "reboot" is an excuse for the cast to have a reunion and do what a lot of other 90's shows are doing these days - trying to re-live the old days.

I was a fan of Full House, and the reboot Fuller House is very cringey to me. The only reason I watch any of it is because I was a DJ/Steve shipper and they're still together in the new one.

Sorry, I don’t know about Cobra Kai.

I’m just open to the new series and while I don’t have great expectations, I’m just hoping trust I will enjoy it. Plus I do always enjoy it when Jason and Jennie get together for another project. Given this is their best chance to do so, I’m up for anything.

Cobra Kai had Ralph Macchio, Billy Zabka and Martin Kove from the original KK franchises. They had 2 very successful seasons and are ready to do the 3rd season soon.

Great pics of Jason and Jennie. With this reboot, I'm pretty sure we will see more of these two

That's great! So nice of them to all come back and good for them that it's well received, because many reboots are not.


Currently on S4 re-watch; just saw Vital Signs. That episode and the previous one summed up for me why the show was going to be lost without Brenda. Shannen did some of her best work in the storyline with Laura and she shared some beautiful moments with Dylan that the writers didn't give enough of in Season 3.

Add to that Kelly's annoyance with Dylan always prioritizing Brenda and believing in her when no-one else does, and it's clear that she's happier with Brandon in S4.

Most reboots had negative feedback but Cobra Kai was very well directed and they BROUGHT BACK the old characters and became successful with it. Maybe this show needs to take a leaf out of Cobra Kai regarding original characters

Mike, do you think BH90210 should just focus on the original gang or should it start re-introducing other previous actors (such as Tiffani and Kathleen) if it continues onto another season?


I definitely agree, Kelly was at her least irritated with Brandon in S4 the retreat episodes were the happiest I'd seen her in a long time.
