No. He was going to move out but when Brandon said that his parents were ok with him staying for as long as he likes, he changed his mind and decided to stay.

Yeah, and it also makes no sense. He was ritch, he could have paid. Also, they would have made so much money seeling the house in Beverly Hills. They did not have to do it, so I guess the Walshes were also rich in the end, if they just let somebody use their house (in Beverly Hills!!!)
