I never understood it either. There were so many times I thought it would be appropriate storytelling, but alas, nothing.

I loved prom, and their prom picture was so sweet

Me neither but they might've tried starting something at the end of S4 until when Gabrielle told the writers that she was planning on becoming pregnant. If so, I think the writers may think that she may eventually leave the show, causing Jason to have to go with her....but I thought they might've thought the same thing when Jennie was pregnant....but I guess at that time, they knew that Jason was leaving anyway.

She would spend her school days wondering why she has so much anxiety about getting into and paying for Yale when her dreams are indicating otherwise.

If I had a dime for every time Andrea flat-out states that getting into a good school is the most important thing in her life ... I forgot what kind of scholarship C.U. gave her.

You would have enough to buy the series on DVD. From what I can remember, CU gave her a dorm room on the same floor as Dan Rubin, an Apple IIE computer, and a laser printer. I'm starting to think Andrea got ripped off.

By today's standards, this package would amount to about 500 bucks, basically the cost of her textbooks.

I also think that in S5, she might have gotten some special funding to take care of Hannah. I'm not sure but I hope she did.
