I guess it's not just the Riverdale fans, but the fans of the original 90210 too. I mean, not even us here are convinced it would work out. But we wish them all the best.

Jason's comments on tribute to Luke:

This is comforting even though I'm still nervous. But I trust they wouldn't do anything distasteful for Luke.

hence the scene ending with them all hugging, realizing they're more alike than they knew and remembering the importance of their friendship.

You can tell in every pic, especially that one right above, that they thought of each other as brothers.
