I would not mind Gabby/Ian, although I would prefer Andrea/Steve over them. Gabby/Christine were somehow a nice, unexpected surprise.

I just wish they made Jennie, Tori or Shannen having lesbian experiences. Gabby was a bit much of an obvious choice, because she played Andrea, the geek girl who was supposedly the clumsiest with the boys - for awhile. Stereotypical.

I actually thought Gabby was the least obvious choice

I get your reasoning , but she ultimately played teh one who people expected less confident acts from. Plus, I always felt that they would use Shannen and Jennie for the more sexual moments.

Also, Andrea ultimately became the one who married with kids at lightning pace. So I think they thought it was more daring to show Gabby doing the lesbian scene.

I was really impressed with the show! I thought it was really well done, so disappointed it didn't get picked up I think they were planning on doing more in character stuff for the next season?

In a way, perhaps it's good that it didn't continue... At least not straight away. Lockdown might have caused a huge delay to scripts and filming, plus Shannen (taking into account her health) may not be altogether ready for more, and we would all miss her presence.

Having said that, perhaps lockdown has given the actors time to come up with ideas for something else together in the future?
