Luke did admire Brenda and Dylan love story. I think he wanted to work with Shannen again. I know he definitely said BD are his fav couple in recent times

I actually prefer Luke over his Dylan character if I'm totally honest - he is so funny on interviews

Hm. I like them both, I guess. Not in all phases though

He probably did but I liked Luke better. Dylan was my favorite character in the first 2 seasons but he went way down the list after that. But Luke was seriously at his very best with Shannen, no doubt about that

Yes. I think she handled his acting style and energy the best out of the actresses on the show. Jennie was a bit shy and stuck up, and I couldn't with the baby voice when she was supposedly not shy.

They both were great for each other on-screen. I know Jennie used to be a shy girl to start with and I liked her a lot on interviews in the early seasons

In terms of Luke, I can't get over the fact that Charles Rosin admitted in the past that they "turned the [couples] around" to suit his request to work more with Jennie.
 It's a shame, because I like him when he does panels with Jason Priestley. He seems funny. I just... Can't get past the fact that the Season 3 love triangle was selfish on his part. __________________

Oh well, I don't really blame him much. Also, there are fans who welcomed the change. Even some Brenda/Dylan fans find the triangle entertaining. I don't, but eh. I wish it never happened.
