I'm clinically depressed so I completely understand. Unfortunately there is no quick fix. Are you on meds for being depressed?

Thanks! No, I'm not on meds. I'm not sure if my depression is an illness. I feel sad and lonely for the most part. I don't like to be single. Then my work day is so annoying and stressful that I am just in a bad mood for most of the day.

It's worth getting checked out. If it keeps on for too much longer, going to the doctor might be a good idea.

I've just read the above posts and pretty saddened on what I read.

I hope you both come through whatever you are going through. My advice is be strong, positive and don't let things like this eat you up inside. Yes it is easier said than done. My motto is "where there is a will there is a way"

I hope you are both doing okay! I go through bouts of depression and anxiety too sometimes, and I know it's easier said than done to just snap out of it.

I agree. I had a really busy and stressful week. But I go to have a really fun meal with my friend. We had good talk (not about me being depressed) and a short walk afterwards. I didn't expect it to make me feel better but it did. Let's see how long this will last.
