Usually if I remember to take my meds at the same time everyday (which doesn't always happen) I have an easier than usual day. It's never 100% but it is easier to go throughout my day.

I just want to say that I'm loving all the conversations and back and forth posts I've been seeing. I know I haven't been contributing much but it's because I'm so busy at work and barely have time to read all these wonderful posts. But from the ones I did read, I do plan responding. So this weekend, I'm planning to find time to give more thoughtful answers to these great topics!

I've watched a lot of Star Trek shows and films lately. I certainly hope that there's no one out there who's seen it all. I wouldn't exactly call myself a Trekker, but I enjoy it now and then. That vast franchise reminds me just a little of this one.
