That would be about right.

Joe (Kelly's rapist) was played by the same guy who was hitting on Kelly at the Halloween party in S2 and who took a picture of Kelly and Brandon in S8, I believe.

The most famous case of the actor who played more than one character on 90210 is bell boy Tom from S1/Stuart from S4. Closely followed by cousin Bobby from S2/Kelly's drug dealer from S6.

The actor who played Bobby had a transformation as Danny Five the drug dealer in S6 - I actually preferred him as Danny Five than Bobby

Yeah. And some woman, I guess his girlfriend.

I do find it a bit weird she used to make out with the two characters played by the same actor.

The other dealer tried to rape her, but she hit him in the head with the bottle of wine.
