I do think that Luke has the talent and capability to make Ryan an intriguing character, it's just the storyline that's not working for him. Hopefully the writers have better ideas for him for next season.

I think he does too. The writer's need to step up and write something good. Brothers and Sister's usually is so good in that way, but the writer's seemed to have dropped the ball on his storyline. I found it hard to believe that they had for the second time...decided to still have William have a child after the Rebecca story.

Yeah, I would have been just fine with them not introducing another Walker kid...

Well, truth be told, I would prefer Rebecca being a Walker but that ship has sailed.

But I really like Luke, and Ryan in the beginning. I'm just not a fan of the turns he took. I think I'm open to him staying around a bit longer and maybe seeing if they can do more with him than just the malicious towards the Walkers because of his mother thing.

Yeah, he can't keep taking it out on the Walker's. William's dead and he was the one that did all that, not his wife or children. They were pretty much clueless about all his affairs until after he died, even though Nora knew he was being unfaithful, she just ignored it. I think Ryan is going to realize the kids don't like what their Dad did either. But, they still had to throw in that Saul was with his Mother before she killed herself. So, he'll become the "substitute" for William now in Ryan's eyes. I hope the writer's don't go that way, but it's possible.

i don't like what Ryan is doing.It will be interesting to see where they go with his character next season.But i can't ever see him being a Walker and fitting in .I do wonder if Ryan could have been played better by someone else.

Me neither, but I don't think casting has anything to do with it. They should have given him better material.

Yeah, I think they tried too hard to distinct this storyline from Rebecca's in s1. I don't think the whole "he killed my mother" twist was necessary.

Yeah, I agree his storyline was lame. Hopefully TPTB are reading some of the viewers comments online and do something about it. There should be some news coming soon about B & S shouldn't there be? Being as they start shooting again usually in July don't they?
