I had the worst NYE I've ever had, found out my nana's chemo treatment wasn't working and she won't be coming out of hospital. I can only hope this year gets better as it's really not starting very well.

Thanks! They are talking about moving her into hospice, they think she only has a couple of weeks left at the most, we knew it was a question of time but it's all happened so quickly and we were told 6-12 months, not 3, and she was fine early December.

Glee S2 starts airing here next Monday though so at least that will cheer me up for an hour.

That must have been a shock. Hopefully we still have a bit of time left, she is still all there mentally thankfully, she is just so weak.

it is really not that big here, we are used to the flood once a year, but sure I always hate it since it frightnes me
