Yeah, I'm surprised they're not promoting it more. Last season's 2 hour event was all over the place. Maybe they'll start in April.

Next Sunday. I'm excited. It's the time warp episode.

Surprised ABC isn't televising this as a BIG-Brothers&Sisters event. Well, if it doesn't involve a dying Rob Lowe, I guess it's subpar?

OUCH. I don't mind the arrangement/idea, but their sizes are so odd. Why are Justin & Rebecca so small if they're in the front? Having some experience with arranging people from different shoots into one graphic, I have to say the result is often weird, someone always ends up too large/small or out of place. I wasn't a huge fan of the boxy style of s1 but that was probably the safest choice for such a large cast. I don't think choosing this was the wisest idea, fitting them all was challenging enough, but to place them like it's a single photograph and try to adjust everyone's sizes? Oh boy. Not size related, but Calista's angle is particularly unfortunate. And OF COURSE Rob Lowe is somehow the widest and most noticeable after Nora.

Yes, it always looks too crowded.
I think my favorite was the UK s1-s3 boxset cover: They simply used one of the group promo pics and made it much smaller. They didn't mess with the actual photo, but focused on making the actual design attractive instead. I love that it's shaped like a box of Ojai fruits. I like when DVD covers use things related to the show only the fans would understand (like HIMYM s3 having a sandcastle, for an example). __________________

I love that one! I love sets that really acknowledge the fans. And the Ojai concept does that perfectly. Some shows, like Gilmore Girls, do that so terribly with their series sets.
pst - I'm still waiting to find out what that sandcastle is about. __________________

The sandcastle episode is one of the most important ones, so I'll definitely keep my mouth shut.
The Gilmore Girls sets were horrible, but the German edition is THE BEST. It's shaped like a menu from Luke's. Check it out! __________________
