B&S News & Updates #6: Departures and a 5th season renewal!
I found this on the B&S thread in at the Spoiler Board - Brothers & Sisters Renewed By ABC for a Fifth Season.

Thanks for opening a new thread!
 Yaaaaay for a 5th season!  ETA: What do they mean by "5 showrunners"? Weren't there just two teams: Berlanti & Baitz and now Alison & Monica?  ETA: Apparently they were replaced by David Marshall Grant this year.  I had no idea we had a new showrunner.  For those who don't know him - he worked on "Alias" (he appeared in s5 premiere - he was the one who killed Vaughn ), and he played Ken Olin's love interest on "Thirtysomething".  On B&S, he wrote classics such as "Northern exposure", "Something Ida this way comes", "Grapes of wrath", "S3X" and more. No wonder I enoy the show more this year! I'd say he's a good choice.Interview has been posted last fall here. __________________

I recognized the name, from Alias. He did write really good episodes, so he's ok in my book.
