I liked it, I didn't love it but even I get that if can't be brilliant every week.

I really missed Robert it wasn't quite right to have him not there, he has become apart of the family dynamic (moreso this season than before) so it's odd. Nice to hear he's in DC for once though, I always assumed sitting Senators spend a lot more time there than Robert seems too.

My immature reaction to K/S; Kevin was allowed to be right for once!!
More rational: I have thought Kevin has been right both this and last episode, I think Scotty's naivete is in character but I loved that he actually got that he was romanticizing everything and not forcing Kevin to do everything his way like what usually happens.
I loved Kevin's scene with Michelle at the end! I also think I heard Matthews accent bleed through which is cute.

Suprising I was happy to see Tommy even though I never loved him.

I continue to quite like the Sarah and French guy storyline.

Very good episode

I can't really say that I was happy to see Tommy back, but it was great to have a scene with all five kids and Nora talking I'm still wondering why Balthazar is still credited as "starring". I would have thought that he would be on the guest star list in the episodes he appears instead of as a main character in all episodes whether he appears or not

I really liked Kevin/Scotty in this episode and the Kevin/Michelle scene was really nice

I'm glad that Holly said no to that guy that was asking about buying her shares of Ojai, since all he wants is to destroy the company.

I'm also glad that Paige knows about Sarah's relationship with the French guy and even wanted him to stay at the house (Cooper knows too, right? )

Can't wait for next week's episode

It was good to have all the Walkers back for a change! I missed Robert though
What the hell is Ryan doing?! Holly did good not selling
Nora and Tommy broke my heart
Kitty is doing a scrapbook for Evan,so sweet
In regarding to KS,I get Kevin, the poor guy just wants to protect them
Not enough RJ
I loved how Kevin went to Michelle and tried to fix it for Scotty
Sarah&Luc are out in the open now! Good

I thought the episode was OKAY
I felt bad for the Tommy/Nora things and I find it selfish that Julia isn't allowing him to see his own daughter I MEAN I get what he did was wrong but to take a child away from her father for a mistake is just LAME *shrugs*
I loved the Kitty stuff I find myself crying everytime we hear about her Cancer
not enough Rebecca and Justin but I liked what we did see
AND I will say this was the ONLY episode i've seen where Kevin/Scotty havent annoyed me

I didn't expect this episode to be good but surprisingly, for the first time ever I enjoyed Tommy's storyline, enjoyed his appearance as the family black sheep and found myself actually opened to him returning again.

Nora kind of dissappointed me at the dinner party and her overall attitude. The immaturity level bothers me sometimes. I understand that she was right to be mad but it bothered me that she couldn't see it as his business and his decision. The way she acted at the dinner party was so annoying but then again, those once an episode fight at the dinner party moments annoy the crap out of me so maybe it just added to my frustration with Nora.

Sarah and the frenchman are cute. He's hot, she deserves some happiness so I can ignore the lack of realism. I don't really see the relationship as messy or complicated or whatever they were describing though. Nice scene with Paige though.

At least Kitty didn't cry or look sad tonight. Loved her scenes with Tommy and Nora. She was kind of the devils advocate in the situation.

Scotty continues to bug the crap out of me this season. That's the second week in a row that he's acted like an immature moron in front of Kevin's family. I seriously hate the big self righteous rants he seems to go on once per episode. It's the same format every episode. Kevin does something, Scotty gets high and mighty. A contract was the mature and responsible thing to do. And is Michelle staying? Will we be getting a triple dose of Olin's each episode now?

Minimum Justin/Rebecca when they're not fighting is awesome!

I liked Tommy this episode. He's not a perfect character and he never was but there were certain points throughout the episode where I did feel for him. I'm glad that he went to Seattle in the end. I wouldn't be opposed to him coming back, I'd take him over the idiots at Ojai anyday.

I also thought Nora and Scotty acted immature. I overlooked it because i love both characters usually, but it was a bit too much IMO.

I'm glad K/S made up again but I agree with Kevin about Michelle not being a very reliable candidate. I didn't fully understand how he changed his mind so quickly.

Tommy's story was ok. Decent drama, great interactions with Kitty.

I really enjoyed the Tommy parts. I surprised myself with that. I LOVED the first phone call with all of the kids and Kitty and Nora both handing Tommy the phone.

Luc is amazing still I hope this story continues on. Anyone know how long Gilles is contracted for?

And it's been great to see a lot more of Paige in the last few episodes. She's so much older now and they can use her a lot more. And I love how they're keeping her young though. Too many shows try to make the kids grow up too fast.

Was happy with Kevin by the end of the episode. He was quite the jackass, but I do understand his reasoning after everything with Elizabeth. He redeemed himself in that last scene with Michelle.

Nora was pretty annoying this week. Which mad me sad cause I usually love Nora.

Does anyone actually get what's going on with Ojai/Ryan? I don't get the conspiracy going on this time

Agreed.

But it wasn't a "fantastic" episode and they kinda hyped it to be with the "return of Tommy" - yeah, his character has way too much damage now.

And seriously, what is the freakin' point with Ryan? It didn't work in s3 with the Tommy drama, what makes them think it'll work this season? Geesh!

The Ryan storyline is going to make me just as mad as the Tommy one last year. One "Walker-trying-to-ruin-Ojai" story was enough, thanks.

Just like one illegitimate Walker child for William was enough. They tend to repeat the bad ideas.

I don't mind them introducing Ryan, I just don't like the fact that he's still there. I thought the Tommy storyline last year was interesting, but don't want something similar to be happening with Ryan.

I haven't really thought about it until now, but introducing William's illegitimate child was indeed a bad idea in the first place. I enjoyed Rebecca's stories in s1 but it only led to:
1) awkward de-Walkering when they decided to pair her up with Justin
2) introducing Ryan, whose purpose seems to be to replace Tommy as the mini-villain of the family

I know we're all glad to have Emily/Rebecca on the show and R/J as one of our golden couples but looking back... It was the wrong way to go about it. They should have assumed there was going to be chemistry between R&J (especially with them being the only young people on the show at that time) and introduced a son right away. But I guess it's too late now.
