Yeah I used a pic from last week's ep.
The girls' story does sound interesting! Can't wait! If Tommy's storyline goes in that direction so soon, I'll pretend I don't see it. __________________

Holly lecturing to Tommy was a joke. She is in no position to lecture to anyone about morals and what is appropriate.
I don't condemn Tommy. His jerk of a wife left him and he is lonely. Love Justin and Rebecca. The spa scenes were funny. |

i cant stand holly, and i thought exactly the right person gave it to tommy. he needed to hear it, and i thought she was also saying do better than me. and the best line was anything from now on is a choice.
i'm so not happy with tommy. it feels like he wasted NO time. i'm disgusted with julia. the whole situation is insane. but, tommy tommy tommy. i knew from her first scene they would hook up, but they should have drawn it out a bit. justin/rebecca. eh, i'm not into norah 2.0. i don't like her anyway, but she bores me. the jury is still out on justin and drugs again so soon. i'm here nor there as of yet. scotty/kevein/saul, that was really good. i never get enough scotty. but the kevin/saul stuff was just really good. loved the women at the spa and the last bit of advice from norah at the end was touhing. sarah was hilarious the whole epi. overall i liked it. __________________

I liked the ep, not the best but a pretty good and fun light episode!
I loved all the spa stuff.. Very funny! Especially how they're not silent in the silent room. I love the dynamic of Justin/Rebecca.. I hate to see Justin being an addict again, but I think Rebecca is very careful about it and will keep an eye on it. They have great scenes.. And justin has 2 addictions now, a medication one and a soap opera one! I found the Saul/Kevin storyline interesting as well. Its nice to see more about them and a bit more about the past and when Kevin came out of the closet. I still can't like Holly all that much. I don't like Tommy with what's her name (forgot her name ) and I don't like that Julia is not taking his calls. But I don't want see Tommy hooking up with that girl, and Holly telling him all that stuff was a bit weird given her history. __________________

I enjoyed the spa stuff with the ladies. That was fun. Some great one-liners in there. The best was when Sarah and Kitty "invited" Nora to come along. Definetely the best storyline of the night.

Kevin/Saul storyline was predictable, but it was well-done. Justin/Rebecca was borning, I still don't see the chemistry between them, and while I like Emily Van Camp, I really don't like Rebecca. I did like them talking about The Hills type show though. __________________

Pretty good episode in my opinion.
Kitty/Robert: I am glad they talked about the pre-nub and decided against it. Good to know that they are both all in for this relationship. Tommy: I get that his wife took his id and left for "space" but that does not give Tommy the right to sleep with the blonde. He IS still married! Kevin/Saul: I think Saul definately should have been more honest to Kevin but at least now Kev has an idea of what's going on. Justin/Rebecca: I can not beleive that Justin is using again. His family is going to be so crushed when they learn of it. Hopefully those will be some amazing scenes and Justin can get back into rehab. The Spa: The funniest parts of the episode were in the spa. The quiet room, the women crashing the wedding, Sarah getting the wrong room while she was trying to sleep with the guy. All funny, funny moments. |

i HATE HATE HATE that they kept patricia on the show, seemingly because she is married to ken. the reason i can't stand holly, is because they have to create these UNBELIEVABLE stories to justify her still being on the show.
i end up FF her scenes. i always end up going, "why is she there?" like she would really be at kitty's party. all this to accomodate the actor. i love patricia, but i can't watch her on the show. it's just too stupid for me. glad i'm not the only one not getting the justin/rebecca hype. i'd much prefer scenes with kev and his bros. that is where the chemistry is. __________________

I love Patricia on the show and I liked Holly a lot in this episode. And I think it's unfair to say she's on the show just because of her family connections, especially since most of the cast/writers have known each other before the show.
Anyway, I LOVED the episode. Probably my fave of s2 so far! Sarah is so awesome. All the girls' scenes were brilliant. I also liked the Kevin/Saul bits. But geez, Tommy & Justin - why are you losing your minds all of a sudden, srsly? __________________

I didn't mind Holly much in this episode probably because it didn't feel forced her being there. Her only scenes were at the winery, where it makes sense she'd be present. It's when she shows up at Walker family events that it seems a bit too forced and contrived imo. And hey, someone had to knock some sense into Tommy after that boneheaded move with Lena, even if it was the most ironic person to be lecturing someone about affairs. He's turning out a lot like William and that ain't a good thing. I kinda wish they'd go back to the season one Tommy that we didn't see very often. It would be better than this.
The Justin part I'm not so sure about yet. I kinda saw it coming and knew after he exploded at Rebecca that he was not being completely honest. I'm gonna wait and see how they handle the addiction thing this time around before I pass judgment on it. It does have the potential for some great future scenes with the family and a possible confrontation between Rebecca and Justin that could be a fantastic emotional scene if written correctly. And EVC does those scenes so damn well, so I'm looking forward to potentially seeing that. |

^ Agreed. EVC is a great actress and I hope that they continue to give her good SL. I saw her on Law and Oder the other night and she was INCREDIBLE I was tearing up just watching a few minutes.
