I guess my other thread got closed. Anyway, I was just saying that I think it's a tragedy that Leo hasn't won an Oscar yet. He's had so many stellar roles and is definitely one of the top 3 actors working today. Anyone have thoughts as to why he hasn't won yet?

Yes I did but I think its good u brought this convo over here. I think its a mix of things u know. Timing, who was in his category, the academy snubbing him for certain roles: Titanic, Shutter Island, The Departed....I do think he will win one day. Its all political unfort. Maybe Hoover will be it for him....I remember when he won the Golden Globe for Aviator I screamed, jumped up & down & cried

I always have remind myself of who he got beat by before I can collect my thoughts on why he hasn't won yet.

I didn't see The Last King of Scotland. But if Forest didn't win that year, would Leo have beaten Ryan? I just don't know. I do think he'll get it for Hoover though!

She was Lily, Veronica's Best Friend and for the whole season Veronica investigates who killed her really

But she was even in Alphadog with Justin and now she's filming another movie with him
